During this second lockdown across Scotland and the North of England, Energetics is continuing to deliver multi-utility connections projects. We remain committed to fulfilling our full range of services. We will continue to apply strict COVID-Secure protocols in line with the latest restrictions announced for each nation and council, and keep our depots open. We are grateful for the care and professionalism of Energetics’ workforce, who are continuing to visit construction sites, maintaining distance wherever possible and following government guidelines on hygiene and preventative measures. We value our staff and customers and recognise the need to support Britain’s economic recovery on a ‘safety first’ basis. 

We are liaising closely with our supply chain partners to ensure continued access to all essential products, services and materials and, as we continue to navigate the daily challenges, we will endeavour to keep you updated.
Wherever possible, face-to-face meetings will be via video, or we’ll hold telephone conference calls. If meeting in person is unavoidable, we will aim for this to take place outside or in a large well-ventilated meeting room to enable participants to remain at least 2 metres apart. Please don’t be offended if we also try to keep these meetings as brief as possible to keep you and our staff safe. 

Currently, construction and the provision of essential utility activities are expected to continue as normal within Scotland’s level 4 framework. Staff who need to travel across tiers to get to and from work (e.g. if you live in a tier 2 area and work in a tier 4 area) can request a letter from the HR team, which will permit travel due to work, on HR@energetics-uk.com. This will be provided automatically to all staff in the Operations department.
