In line with The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Energetics will be supporting the New and Replacement Obligations (NRO) implementation of SMART gas meters.

These new obligations require energy suppliers to take all reasonable steps to install a compliant smart meter where a meter is to be installed for the first time.

Smart meters provide consumers with near real time information on energy use, in pounds and pence, enabling better management of energy use to save money and reduce omissions.
